Ramadan Iftar Cooking Experience
Description
Prepare your own meal with friends and colleagues in an exclusive and private setting: food preparation in the afternoon and experience the breaking of the fast together at the chef's table at sunset.
Weekly Recipes:
WEEK 1 (1st March- 7th March) :
STARTER: Quinoa kabsa, roots vegetables
MAIN COURSE: Braised lamb shank navarin
VEGETARIAN OPTION: Vegetable cocotte
WEEK2 (8th March- 14 March) :
STARTER: Muhammara, tomatoes, carob
MAIN COURSE: Murgh Makhani chicken, cashew
VEGETARIAN OPTION: Vegetable barley risotto
WEEK3 (15th March- 22nd March) :
STARTER: Tuna Brick, pepper salad
MAIN COURSE: Prawns risotto, prawns head jus
WEEK4 (23rd March- 31st March ) :
STARTER: Muhammara, tomatoes, carob
MAIN COURSE: Chicken Machboos
Class Details:
• Duration: 4 hours (check individual bookings for exact times)
• Arrival: Arrive up to 30 minutes before your class to check in at reception. Take your time at the end – you might be too busy enjoying your delicious creations!
• Class Size: Maximum 12 guests.
