Weekly Recipes:
Week 1 (1st March- 7th March): Traditional Meets Modern
Emirati Luqaimat– Golden, crispy dough fritters drizzled with date syrup and sesame
Saffron Crème Brûlée– A silky French classic infused with saffron, topped with a caramelized sugar crust
Week 2(8th March- 14 March): Modern Emirati Fusion
Modern Emirati Ferni– A creamy milk pudding with cardamom and rose, presented with contemporary flair
Asseda Pumpkin (Asseeda Bobar)– A smooth, rich pumpkin-based Emirati dessert finished with a delicate drizzle of date syrup
Week 3(15th March- 22nd March): Creative Ramadan Sweets
Batheetha Cheesecake– A no-bake cheesecake featuring the classic Emirati date dessert, enhanced with cardamom and saffron
Dates & Chocolate Bonbons– Elegant bonbons filled with date caramel and dark chocolate ganache
Week 4(23rd March- 31st March ): Emirati Comfort Desserts
Modern Emarati Asseeda– A comforting pumpkin pudding revisted enriched with traditional Emirati flavors of saffron,cardamom, and ghee
Date Cake with Cardamom Sauce– A moist date cake paired with an aromatic cardamom-infused caramel sauce
What to Expect:
Our École Ducasse recreational pastry classes are designed to make baking a delightful and inspiring experience. Under the guidance of our expert chefs, you’ll learn essential techniques to achieve perfect textures, create stunning finishes, and bring professional flair to your creations. Along the way, you’ll explore healthy recipes, connect with fellow enthusiasts, and uncover the joy of developing a rewarding new hobby in a warm and welcoming environment.
Class Details:
• Duration: 2 hours (check individual bookings for exact times)
• Arrival: Arrive up to 30 minutes before your class to check in at reception. Take your time at the end – you might be too busy enjoying your delicious creations!
• Class Size: Maximum 12 guests.
