More than just a baking class, this is an exploration of tradition and heritage, where you’ll learn to create beloved classics like Asseeda Bobar, Luqaimat, and Ferni, alongside modern interpretations such as Asseeda Tarts and Ferni Plated Desserts. Guided by expert chefs, you’ll uncover the techniques, stories, and flavors that make these desserts an integral part of Emirati culture.

• Week 1: Asseeda Bobar, Luqaimat, Ferni. (1st Feb- 7th Feb,2025)
• Week 2: Ferni, Luqaimat, Batheetha. (8th Feb- 14th Feb,2025)
• Week 3: Asseeda Tart, Ferni Plated Dessert, Luqaimat. (15th Feb- 21st Feb,2025)
• Week 4: Batheetha, Ferni, Luqaimat. (22nd Feb-28th Feb,2025)

What to Expect:
Our École Ducasse recreational pastry classes are designed to take the stress out of baking and help you build confidence in the kitchen. With expert guidance from our chefs, you’ll master essential techniques, from achieving the perfect texture to adding professional finishing touches.

Class Details:
• Duration: 2  hours (check individual bookings for exact times)
• Arrival: Arrive up to 30 minutes before your class to check in at reception. Take your time at the end – you might be too busy enjoying your delicious creations!
• Class Size: Maximum 10–12 guests.
