His culinary journey began during his final year of a technical diploma in hotel and restaurant management, leading to an extraordinary internship at the Michelin-starred Carré des Feuillants. Gabriel has since held prominent positions, including Pastry Chef at the Lanesborough Hotel in London and instructor at École Ducasse. He is renowned for his innovative sugar artistry and commitment to excellence in pastry.
