To master refined, flavorful and practical cakes that are perfect for gifting, travel, and tea-time. This masterclass will explore textures, flavors, and decoration techniques for three signature travel cakes.

Cakes to be Crafted:

1. Pistachio Raspberry French Financier
2. Gluten-Free Lemon Travel Cake
3. Citrus Tea-Time Travel Cake

Skills to Be Covered:

• Preparing financier and loaf cake bases with perfect texture
• Techniques for gluten-free baking
• Infusing citrus zest and juices for maximum flavor
• Syrup-soaking and glaze application
• Elegant finishing for travel and tea cakes
