What to Expect:
Our École Ducasse recreational pastry classes are designed to make baking a delightful and inspiring experience. Under the guidance of our expert chefs, you’ll learn essential techniques to achieve perfect textures, create stunning finishes, and bring professional flair to your creations. Along the way, you’ll explore healthy recipes, connect with fellow enthusiasts, and uncover the joy of developing a rewarding new hobby in a warm and welcoming environment.
Class Details:
• Duration: 2 hours (check individual bookings for exact times)
• Arrival: Arrive up to 30 minutes before your class to check in at reception. Take your time at the end – you might be too busy enjoying your delicious creations!
• Class Size: Maximum 12 guests.
What’s Included:
• Expert guidance from our chef instructors and assistants
• All ingredients and equipment provided for use during the session
• École Ducasse apron to wear during the session
• Recipe folder, class recipes, and a certificate of completion
