Fresh tagliatelle tossed in rich reduced beef jus with earthy porcini mushrooms and tender celeriac for deep, comforting flavors.
Burrata, Lime & Mint Tortelloni with Butter & Sage – Handmade tortelloni filled with creamy burrata, perfumed with lime zest and fresh mint, finished in nutty brown butter and sage.

To ensure the best possible experience, all classes are subject to a minimum participation requirement. Should a class not reach the required attendance, registered guests will be contacted at least 48 hours in advance and offered an alternative date
