Experience the craftsmanship behind authentic pizza making in this hands-on culinary class. From preparing and shaping the dough to selecting and layering ingredients, you will explore the techniques that transform simple ingredients into perfectly baked pizzas with flavour, texture, and character.

• Creating both red and white base pizzas
• Preparing and handling pizza dough
• Proofing, pressing, and shaping techniques
• Layering sauces, cheeses, and toppings
• Achieving a crisp crust and perfectly baked finish in a home oven
Class Details
Duration: 2 hours
Arrival: Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your class.
Class Size: Limited to 12 participants
Minimum age requirement: 18 years and above

To ensure the best possible experience, all classes are subject to a minimum participation requirement. Should a class not reach the required attendance, registered guests will be contacted at least 48 hours in advance and offered an alternative date.
