Description
A larger-than-life take on the classic—crispy-edged, golden tray-baked pizza topped with San Marzano tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella, basil, and a drizzle of olive oil, baked to bubbly perfection. Master the art of white and red base pizzas, gourmet pizza styles, and a selection of flavorful dips.

• Proofing, pressing, and pan handling techniques
• Layering sauces, cheeses, and toppings
• Achieving restaurant-quality crust and melty center in a home oven

Class Details:
• Duration: 4 hours (check individual bookings for exact times)
• Arrival: Arrive up to 30 minutes before your class to check in at reception. Take your time at the end – you might be too busy enjoying your delicious creations!
• Class Size: Maximum 12 guests.
