Description

Learn to create pasta from scratch, starting with dough preparation and shaping, all the way to cooking and pairing with sauces.

What You will Learn

• Choosing the right flour and making dough (egg vs semolina).
• Kneading, resting, and rolling for perfect texture.
• Using a pasta machine and hand-shaping methods.
• Cooking pasta to al dente perfection.
• Preparing sauces from scratch to pair with each pasta.

•  Tagliatelle with Beef Jus, Sautéed Porcini & Celeriac:
Fresh tagliatelle tossed in rich reduced beef jus with earthy porcini mushrooms and tender celeriac for deep, comforting flavors.
Burrata, Lime & Mint Tortelloni with Butter & Sage – Handmade tortelloni filled with creamy burrata, perfumed with lime zest and fresh mint, finished in nutty brown butter and sage.
